Alphabet Challenge: Recap!

Wow! I can't believe the Alphabet Colour Challenge is done. Looking back, it was really hard, but also really fun to create outfits based on specific colours! I thought I would be happier to have finished it, but I kind of missing having something to "center" my outfits with each day!

I'm also SUPER HAPPY to see the end of February. Oh my goodness, what a draining month! This challenge served its purpose: it kept me making an effort to get dressed in a put-together way every day. Normally that's not hard for me (I mean, it's Sunday and I'm dressed and make-up'd, and not because I have to go anywhere), but I had a nasty winter emotionally, sans emotional triggers. Blech. But today it's warm out! Like, actually WARM. The weather networks tells me it's 12C! I can see muddy and glorious dead grass poking out from under the snow mountains, which are down at least a foot just this morning. The sidewalks and streets are rivers of melting snow! Hooray! Goodbye winter, you freakin' jerk.

I'm sure there'll be more snow and cold and whatever else the weather gods decide to hurl at me for that last comment, but that is a-okay! Because I'll just remember the weather this day and be secure in knowing there's more where that came from!

Anyway. On with the recap!

  3. This was an absolutely crazy challenge you took on- my closet wouldn't have made it past the letter B! And yet, at the same time, I'm kind of tempted to try, mainly because you made it look so fabulous (and surprisingly easy, although I'm sure it wasn't!) I loved seeing all the looks collected in one post; A is for Aubergine and X is for Xylphone are my absolute favourites :)

  7. Thanks everybody!

@TrophyBoutique and Mara: I've actually been playing around with the idea of doing the 30 for 30 challenge, I just have to figure out which pieces to use! It may take me a while, haha. Maybe I'll make that my project for this weekend ;)
